1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deejiar, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. User Content License

Grant of Rights:

By uploading any content (excluding personal profile photos/avatars), including but not limited to photos of products, locations, establishments, reviews, comments, or any digital assets ("Commercial Content"), you grant Deejiar an **irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive commercial license** to:

- Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from

- Distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit in any form

- Include in datasets for AI training, analytics, or market research

- Package and resell to third parties, partners, or data brokers

Waiver:

You waive all moral rights and any claims to compensation for Commercial Content.

3. Account Termination

Deejiar reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

- Violation of any term or policy

- Behavior deemed harmful to our community or business interests

- At our convenience with 30 days’ notice

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts, regardless of subscription status.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Deejiar harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or content you upload.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through “binding arbitration”. You waive the right to jury trial or class action lawsuits.
