1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deejiar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may discontinue use at any time.

2. User Content License

Users may upload photos, notes, reviews, or other materials ("User Content").

2.1 License You Grant to Deejiar

By uploading User Content (excluding personal profile photos/avatars), you grant Deejiar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

- Use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content within Deejiar

- Modify or adapt content for technical, formatting, or product purposes

- Create aggregated, anonymized, or derivative datasets from your content for analytics, service improvement, and commercial research

- Use such aggregated or anonymized derivatives for commercial purposes, including insights and trend reporting

This license remains in effect for as long as your content is hosted on Deejiar. Aggregated or anonymized derivatives may be retained permanently, as they no longer identify you.

2.2 No Sale of Identifiable Content

Deejiar does not sell your identifiable User Content or personal photos to third parties.

3. Account Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

- Violate these Terms

- Engage in harmful or abusive behavior

- Misuse the platform

Termination related to App Store subscriptions follows App Store policies. Refunds for subscriptions are handled directly by the App Store.

4. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Deejiar harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or your User Content.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

If you choose to subscribe, pricing and renewal terms are displayed within the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings. Deejiar does not manage or process refunds directly.

6. Dispute Resolution

Where legally permitted, disputes may be resolved through individual arbitration. Some jurisdictions may offer consumers additional rights or alternatives.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when needed. Material updates will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
